Multithreading is a way to keep the user-interface responsive, even if the rest of your application is computing heavily. We will show you different approaches for multi-threaded programming with Qt - from low-level Semaphores, Mutexes and to our high-level QtConcurrent API. We will also present some guidelines for usage of these APIs. This session is an extract from our training program.
