Recipe qmake_emulator_deployment failed with exit code 2

 

I would like to create an SIS file of my Qt application, but when i run the the settings in creating sis file using Qt creator i encounter this errors,

Recipe qmake_emulator_deployment failed with exit code 2

what does this mean?
how can i make an SIS file of my qt application?

Im using windows and the new version of Qt SDK, and i dont have a phone connected on my pc,

Any solutions guys?
