Installing Qt Creator on Opensolaris!!

 

I have installed Qt on opensolaris! But I need an Qt Creator(IDE) now…, How do I go about gettting it??

I don’t know if there are any binaries available, but you could try to build it from source [qt.nokia.com] . I think there were some problems with that a few years ago, but I hope they are fixed now.

Well, It says ‘try with atleast Qt 4.7’ the Qt that i have is Qt 4.6.2 :-(

You can try to build Qt itself from source, too.

How do I do that.. But the README file says that I need to have Qt 4.7.1 and above .. :-o

Does Qt Creator work well with your compiler? Does it correctly identify the ABIs of the compiler as well as the Qt version you are using?

On the opensolaris that I have installed the Qt on , qmake n others work fine. But I m not finding a Qt creator(IDE) which can be used with the Qt that i have installed!!
