[BUG] Tag search for c++

We have a tag “c++” than when used on the tag search gets reduced to “c”. Maybe the issue is with that the “++” are being translated into “ “ (2 spaces).

EDIT: I just checked and it seems that the “+” always gets converted into a space.

No URL encoding on the keywords. ‘+’ is space in URLs.

Thats bad, also tags like a+b should be usable.

Cheers, I’ll make it into a sub-task of “Tag v2”.
