I am too waiting for results. I have same information that results will be out in in December.

As Vladimir told here [developer.qt.nokia.com] results are planned to be before the end of the year.

Thanks, I missed that thread. But it does not bring me any closer. I guess I’ll just wait out the long month of December then ;-)

Almost half way down the month! Results must be getting closer :-)

I am exactly in the same situatian as Andre. It would be a real help to get the results. Better today than tomorrow. But some things take their time to be evaluated….
I hope though, a thread like this can speed it up :-)

+1. I have similar situation. Today is 22nd of December and still no results. So 25th of December is X-Mas. So I think, that if there are no results till 25th, then result will known only in new year.

mee too took the test, I was wondering what is cut off marks for c++ for Qt and Qt advance exam? Does any one knows? or will they decide the cut off marks on the basis of marks scored by participants??

From what I understood, the cutoff is still to be determined based on the scores and the comments of the participants, yes. I imagine setting that level is not easy to do. Still, I would very much like to hear the results right about now, but I am with you in your suspicion that we can probably only expect it in 2011.

We’re all a bit eager about these results :-) But I think that we won’t get them until January.

I would like to get a reaction for a knowledgeable Troll on this topic. Seeing our own offices empty out for the holiday season, I imagine it is not much different in Oslo or whereever the Trolls working on certification hang out. An update on the status of the Qt Specialist certifications would be welcome.

FWIW I logged into my Pearson account a few minutes ago and the status of the tests changed from “taken” to “pass”. But I did not get any eMail or so, so I am still not 100% sure whether it is real or just some kind of system hiccup :-)

Very interesting! I don’t have such an account (AFAIK, had troubles with that when taking the test at the last dev days too), so I can’t check for myself!

Did you take the advanced beta tests? If so, you are already a Certified Developer, so you have earned a badge for that at least. Ask MariusG how to get one.

I’ve checked my Pearson VUE account too and confirm that status was changed (I also have both adv exams with “pass” status). So official results notification is near? :)

Hey, the state has changed, that’s good to know. So I think they finished the stuff and will send out the certificates :-)

If all goes well, I’ll get some login info from Pearson soon, so I hope I’ll be able to check my results too… Exciting!
