Is this the same like “Qt Developer Days in Munich” was? Can we make Qt certification there?

More or less. Nokia is no longer organising DevDays, so other companies were kind enough to step in and help. I don’t know what the state of certification is or will be, you’ll probably have to ask Digia for that.

EDIT: and probably not right now, since the deal is not finished, and Digia has a lot of work right now anyway :)
