[release-gcce] error 2 [SOLVED]

Hey
I installed the Qt SDK 4.6.3 along with Qt mobility 1.2.0 when i run my application it gives the error [release-gcce] error 2. Before this a dialog box appears which says that “cpp.exe has encountered a problem and needs to close.” Been stuck with this for —a long long time.

The following is the error signature for the generated error:

AppName: cpp.exe AppVer: 0.0.0.0 ModName: cygwin1.dll
ModVer: 0.0.0.0 Offset: 0002dc94

found the solution, the problem was there was already a previous version of qt that was on the system which was deleted nut not uninstalled. After uninstalling the present version, the previous version and reinstalling them again, i finally was able to compile and run my code on the symbian device :D
