[SOLVED] Cannot open header file c32comm.h

hello
I found the code example from here, http://www.developer.nokia.com/Community/Wiki/Sending_USSD_commands

and that’s need include the header file c32comm.h and c32.lib. but when i tried #include <c32comm.h>, the header cannot work

I use Qt Creator 2.1.0 based on Qt 4.7.1 (32bit), windows 7.

I had tried to add library either shared library or static library, however still it’s not work.

what should i do to solve this problem? give me more advice in order that i can open #include <c32comm.h>
