TextArea width in MeeGo Qt Component

 

Morning all,

I notice that in TextArea the implicitWidth and width of the component is set to plateformDefaultWidth which is 250. The problem i have is that i want to use my TextArea without text wrapping in a flickable item. But how to set the contentWidth, if i cannot read it from the TextArea.

A solution will be to read the paintedWidth of the TextEdit item in the TextArea component. But i can t access it, isn t it ?

Did you see a workarround ?
