I can’t download New Qt4.x

 

why can not i download it?
when i want to download Qt as offline , it show message to me as following:

  1. Access Denied
  2. You don't have permission to access "http://nds2.fds-forum.nokia.com/p/d/fds_forum/8ea74da4-fec1-4277-8b26-c58cc82e204b/Qt_SDK_Lin32_offline/Qt_SDK_Lin32_offline_v1_2_en.run" on this server.
  3.  
  4. Reference #18.8de7d640.1329927935.ea9556fe

that is illegal and contrary of LGPL.
what reason is that message?

It must have been a temporary issue. Visit Qt SDK download page [qt.nokia.com] and try again. I have just tried and the download was launched without any problems.

Hello, because our country(Iran) is in sanction we can’t download Qt SDK but we can download Qt an Qt Creator

what do i do?
How do you install it?
  1. 1., Ok, you have an installed Ubuntu.
  2. 2., Use synaptic package manager and install these:
  3. g++
  4. libsm-dev
  5. libxext-dev
  6. libxcursor-dev
  7. libxi-dev
  8. make
  9. libxrender-dev
  10. libfreetype6-dev
  11. libxfixes-dev
  12. libxrandr-dev
  13. libglib2.0-dev
  14. libfontconfig1-dev
  15. libx11-dev
  16. libxft-dev
  17. opengl: libgl-dev and libglu-dev (if using qtopengl)
  18. phonon: gstreamer or libgstreamer
  19. other packages:
  20. libxinerama
  21. libxt
  22. libx11
  23. libice
  24. libpthread
  25. 3., download and install Qt SDK

Do you see this site?
ftp://ftp.qt.nokia.com/
From here maybe you can download the developer tools…
Or try to find a mirror server in other country.
Or try to download and install the Qt from the Ubuntu site, use the synaptic package manager!

I have a good news for you:
the Ubuntu contains the QtCreator 1.3 version (use the synaptic).
This is not a too fresh version but for beginners this will be perfect.
And you can download the Qt4 developer tools too from here.
Anyway the debian linux and opensuse linux contains the Qt too.

Use the Ubuntu repository, from there you can download the Qt…
