Just like with the other forums. The only difference is that the button on the top of the list page of that forum is named “Ask new question” instead of “Start new discussion” :-)

BTW … the forum is for testing the QnA features only, please don’t ask actual development questions here, they probably won’t be answered and the subforum may be closed or deleted in the future again when it’s not needed anymore.

Yepp! Up to now, you can only rate up a thread as a whole. With the new QnA forums, you can rate up single answers if you find them especially useful.
