Can I write code for windows mobile 6.5 and how?

I’m a newbie here in Qt and I need you help to develop code for a windows mobile 6.5 device.

Can I do it only with Qt without using visual studio?
If not, should I own visual studio 2010 or can I do the job with 2005?
Because I’m a Linux fan, can I develop on a Linux box with only Qt?
How?
What software should I use?
Does anyone know where I could use some help in video or step by step instructions?

Thanks

Hi filippos, slight correction, it is Qt and not QT (Quick Time) :)

The requirements for Win CE found here [doc.qt.nokia.com]

Thanks for your comments.
:( I’ve changed it to Qt. :)

Do you tell me that I need to have VS2005 in order to work with Qt?
And if I do, how could I accomplish this?

Apparently, this discussion moved to this [developer.qt.nokia.com] thread.
