I have also same problem while releasign my project i got the following errors:

So you will see that for S60 3rd you can use till 4.6.3 and for S60 5th the 4.7.3.

Also QML is only for S60 5th and newer devices.

If you really want to use 4.7 on a S60 3rd you could try Qt 4.7.1. That was the last that could work on S60 3rd but once again was not officially supported.

Well, i understood.
Now from where can i download Qt 4.6.3 for windows ? In the downlaod page i found 4.6.4 or higher.
