You have to follow the license of the stuff. It is stated ther and tells you, what you might do and what not.

hi…we have c++ in our university paper…I am currently started teaching c++ using QT..I found lt of students..are fond of it.but are there any kind of carrier opportunity in this line..

I guess that is highly dependent on your location. Personally, I have had no problems at all finding interesting job opportunities based on my C++/Qt skills.
