Need help on building ‘Help’ from scratch.

I have a lot of my code ready and I now need to add the Help infrastructure. In looking at some of the tools that come with Qt, it implies that you have an idea of where to start. I don’t. I have a new app that I need to add the help infrastruture too. I don’t need a really fancy version, just the basic help dialog with a list of items.

The tutorials on the website assume prior knowledge which I don’t have. Where do I start?
