Building Qt Creator from scratch
If you are hunting down a bug in Qt Creator, or you are building a new Qt Creator plugin, you may find it helpful to built a debuggable version of Qt Creator itself. I have just added a wiki page describing how to do this without rebuilding the entire Qt Library.
