Open Beta and other improvements
We have gently rolled out a slew of improvements over the past two weeks, including one key feature: tagging! This means it’s time to go Open Beta, no need for invites anymore – registration is open. Alexandra has more over on the Qt Labs Blog [labs.qt.nokia.com]. Tagging is enabled on just about everything around here and should work the same way everywhere. Sections that can be tagged today are the forum, the wiki, our FAQs and this blog. Future plans include videos, eLearning, Qt books, groups and more.

The Big Mystery: Qt Licensing
Over and over again, we receive questions regarding our licenses. Cristy already blogged [blog.qt.nokia.com] and recorded a video [youtube.com] to address some of the questions but apparently, there is still some confusion.

Improvements and fixes for week 21
Yesterday we rolled out a new version of this website with a collection of improvements and fixes. Several of the items below are there because of your feedback in the Beta Forum [developer.qt.nokia.com]. Thanks! More coming soon.
New users and a small hint
Over the weekend we invited a bunch of new users to the Qt Developer Network. You may have noticed increased activity in the forums and on the wiki. Welcome everybody, we hope you like what you see! We also have our first forum moderator: Johannes Kleimola [developer.qt.nokia.com] who agreed to keep an eye on the Game Development forum. The forum itself was his idea and we’re happy to hand it over to him. We’re excited that you’re on board, Johannes!
Wiki Update
We’ve been juggling with the wiki and come to some conclusions. Thanks to everyone giving feedback on the topic.
Updates and improvements - thanks for your feedback!
Wow, we’re busy, it’s good fun! Today we rolled out version 0.8 that fixes a collection of small and somewhat annoying issues and some bigger ones. We got a lot of good and useful suggestions and many of you poked holes into the system. Thanks a bunch for that, you keep us on our toes!
Welcome to the Qt Developer Network
